All about Me
Swimming has been an integral part of my life since the age of 5, fueling my passion and determination in this fiercely competitive sport. Currently, I devote 20 hours per week to training with the City of Newport swimming club, accompanied by 4 rigorous gym and strength sessions. My journey in swimming took a significant turn at 13 when I joined the Welsh Skills Academy Squad, specializing in breaststroke events. I proudly represented my school at Urdd swimming galas and the UK School Games, excelling in breaststroke and butterfly.
A standout moment in my career was winning gold in the 100m breaststroke at the Urdd National swimming competition, a dream come true. My dedication led me to become part of the Wales Swim Squad, an experience I cherish. I also had the honor of representing South East Wales in the National Inter-Counties competition, a memory that lingers.
In my continuous quest for self-improvement, I've earned qualifications in level 2 swim teaching, level 2 sports development coaching, first aid at work, and RLSS worldwide lifeguarding. My unwavering dedication to swimming fuels my desire to coach and inspire others on their own swimming journeys
